AV-CERT-240: Model Based Development Overview

Course overview

AV-CERT-240 provides an overview of the considerations for using Model-Based Development at the systems, hardware, and software levels. It explains the key features of modeling and simulation in support of development and verification activities, and how modeling and simulation can be used within design assurance processes to support early error identification and removal.

The course also introduces DO-331 for model-based development and verification in software processes. On completion, attendees understand the considerations when using modeling and simulation to support systems, equipment, and item development and verification processes.
